Monday - Friday 4:15 to 6:30 PM with arrival at 4 PM

Saturday 8 AM to 10 AM

M/W/Th, drop off 4:00 PM and pick up 6:15-25 PM

SWIM TEST

Required for all new athletes. Dates TBA. 

US ROWING NUMBER

A US Rowing number is now required for all registrations. If you don't know your athlete's number, log in to the US Rowing membership portal and find the number in their profile.

If your athlete is new to rowing, follow the link to the membership portal and purchase a membership before completing this registration. Choose the Basic membership level. You will need our club code:  B7BQF

September 27, 2025: Head of the Cuyahoga (Juniors) in Cleveland, OH

October 11, 2025: Head of the Muskingum (Juniors) in Marietta, OH 

October 17, 2025: Head of the Charles (Juniors 1V8 Men’s, 1V8 Women's only **Pending Lottery Selection**) in Boston, MA 

October 25, 2025: Blake Haxton Fall Regatta (Middle School, Juniors) in Columbus, OH

Nov 1-2, 2025: Head of the Hooch (select varsity Juniors) in Chattanooga, TN

Dues for FAll 2025

• Juniors: $1150
• Middle School: $425

You have two options for payment:

• Credit card. Payment is made in SportsEngine during the registration process. Credit card payments can be made in one or two installments. If you split payment, the second installment will charge automatically on September 30, 2025. NEW FOR FALL 2025: Westerville Crew is no longer requiring families to pay the credit card processing fee.
• Zelle.  Select Pay Offline on the Payments page. The treasurer will send you an invoice within a few weeks, or you can submit your payment to treasurer@westervillecrew.org via Zelle with the note "Fall Season for [Athlete Name]". 

All athletes must be registered by August 18, 2025 to participate in Fall season.
